Great service, great tech. Between 2 and 3 times more expensive than what my regular plumber charges. I had them cost out another job and my regular guy do the same. They were 20% more. So good service, professional, but they are very pricey in comparison to others in the neighborhood, so I had to knock off a star for that.

Quick and Efficient Service
As members of Midtown Plumbing, we were able to get someone to look at our hot water heater the day we called to see if we needed a replacement, as we were very concerned we had a leak. David was sent that Friday afternoon to assess the situation. He confirmed that a new heater was needed and was willing to fix it that day, but the heater we needed would not be available until Monday. On Monday, David came as planned and installed the new heater within 2 hours and removed the old one. We found David to provide excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor, and explained everything to us that we needed to know. He recommended a device that would alert us if there would be a future leak and would immediately shut the heater down. We were very pleased by the quick and efficient service we received.
